Migration rules (from the game)
You can migrate to a state with open slots only if all of these are true
- You received an invitation (or hold a Regular identity during the Free Migration Phase).
- Your HQ meets the required level.
- Your HQ is not in combat and has no troops out.
- You are not the President of any state.
- You have not already migrated in this event round.
- You are not in any alliance. Leave your alliance before accepting.
Cost and score
- Migrating costs Migration Passes. How many depends on your migration identity (Elite, Advanced, Intermediate or Regular).
- Your Migration Score reflects your combat strength, based on Building, Tech, Hero and Mod Vehicle power.
- Your Migration Score only goes up with your power and never decreases. The game keeps your best record.
